Life is good
Often over the years, when trying to put my life in perspective, I've thought about what my 8 year old self would think about me now. I like to think that my 8 year old self would be pretty proud of where I am.
I don't have everything I want, but I have a lot. I love my job, it's leading somewhere good, I have wonderful friends and an awesome family. There are a lot of things I had hoped I would have done by now, but I'm happy with the direction my life is taking. I've got so much more to do, but I've got time.
Life is good.
