I'm really looking forward to the cricket tomorrow night. Sunday night's game was the most amazing I've ever seen. Sure, we lost. But it's rare that a score above 300 will turn out to be a losing score so it was still wonderful to watch. Jesse Ryder, Brendan McCullum, Kyle Mills and Tim Southee's batting performances were fun to watch. It's just a pity none of them managed to stay in and get us through.
And Sachin Tendulker. Words cannot describe that man's batting skill. Even if we had totally collapsed, the game would have been an amazing one just because of Sachin. Watching him bat is a pleasure - even when our bowlers are on the receiving end.
I hope we actually win tomorrow night. But even if we don't, I hope the game is another batting frenzy.
